Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- If a customer’s payment is successful but the gas delivery is not completed.
- If an order is cancelled by the customer before the delivery has been made.
- If a system or operational error results in an unsuccessful service delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Once gas has been successfully delivered to the customer.
- Incorrect order details provided by the customer after delivery completion.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Refund processing may take between 5–10 working days, depending on your payment service provider.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been successfully processed.
